All orders require one to two days of processing time.
FAST delivery
FAST delivery is
possible in seven days
with UPS at extra charge! ==>
Costs for FAST delivery with UPS are $150.00. If you want FAST delivery you can order it at the shopping cart window.
NORMAL delivery
NORMAL delivery is 2 to 6 weeks because every item will be manufactured on your order! No stock or old merchandise!
The delivery is made by parcel service (i.e. Deutsche Post, Parcel Plus, FedEx or UPS) to the address given to us.
Dolls & Toys Sales
Again: Because we import on your order and send all items directly from the manufacturer to your doorsteps all sales of our dolls & toys are final!

Damaged

If a doll or toy is damaged during shipment, save all packaging and send a fax immediately for instructions.

We will deliver your order with a total order value of US-$ 200.00 or more to your doorsteps at no costs at all within the USA and Canada.
Free of airfreight, customs, airport charges, packaging and delivery through a major parcel Service, insurance, and, and, and ... !
Therefore you save up to $100 and more!!!
If the total order value is below US-$ 200.00 we will charge you $50.00 for delivery within the USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
